This website is operated by True Touch Aesthetics (“we”, “us”), an aesthetics clinic at 24 Palmer Place, North Mundham, Chichester, PO20 1JW. You can reach us on 07437 537643.

Using this website

This site provides information about our clinic, treatments and prices, and a route to book an appointment. By using it you accept these terms; if you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

• Prices are shown as listed on our booking page at the time of writing; the exact price for your appointment is shown during booking and may change from time to time. Some prices are “from” prices.
• We are an appointment-only clinic for clients aged 18 and over.
• We take reasonable care to keep the information here accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee it is free of errors.

Bookings

Appointments are booked through That Time, a third-party booking platform, on our That Time booking page. Bookings are made under That Time’s own terms and privacy policy, shown on that-time.co.uk. The clinic’s booking conditions, as stated on that listing, are: a £20 booking fee is taken for every appointment and deducted from the balance on the day; it is non-refundable and can be moved once. Cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment are charged 50% of the appointment cost; within 24 hours, or a no-show, 100%. A 15-minute lateness policy applies. Treatments are for clients aged 18 and over — bring ID if you look under 25.

Intellectual property

The content of this site — including the clinic’s name, logo, photos and text — belongs to True Touch Aesthetics or its licensors. You may not reproduce it for commercial purposes without our permission.

Liability

This site is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for loss arising from use of the site or from reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Links to other services

The site links to third-party services (That Time, Google Maps, Instagram, Facebook). We are not responsible for their content or how they handle your data — see our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
